A quarentena trouxe-me a minha série favorita: O Sexo e a Cidade!
Desde o meu primeiro ano da faculdade (há uns 12 anos atrás..eu sei, eu sei) que vejo esta série TODOS os anos, religiosamente. Por incrível que parece penso que o ano passado, 2020, foi a primeira vez que não vi, mas culpo o cérebro covid.
Anyway, adoro O Sexo e a Cidade. Traz-me todas as memórias, de quando vestia um outfit giro, fazia um bom eyeliner e passava a noite a beber cosmopolitans na baixa de Lisboa, com a minha amiga. Lembro-me de como me sentia "in".
Ultimamente tenho vivido nas minhas calças de fato de treino, numa sweater confortável e com o cabelo preso num scrunchie. A Carrie gozaria comigo.
Anyway, the dream is still alive. So I'll keep dreaming, with better, fancier, days.
Lockdown has brought me my favorite tv series back: Sex and the City!
Since my first year in University (like 12 years ago... I know, I know) I've been watching the series every. single. year. I think that last year, 2020, was the first time I haven't, but I blame it on covid brain.
Anyway, I freaking love it. It brings back all the memories. When I used to put a nice outfit, a cute eyeliner and drinking cosmopolitans downtown in Lisbon with my friend. I remember how fancy it felt.
Lately I've been living in my joggers, a comfy sweater and my hair up on a scrunchie. Carrie would actually make fun of me.
Anyway, the dream is still alive. So I'll keep on dreaming with better, fancier, days.
